Please read these conditions carefully before placing your order. By ordering products from Arthrobene, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
Ordering: You can place your orders by post, fax, phone, e-mail or online. If you order online, you must give your full postal address, your e-mail address, phone number and your customer account number, otherwise we cannot process your order.
Deliveries on credit are possible only for existing customers within the euro zone. If you are a new customer or live outside the European Monetary Union, we must receive your full payment before we can shop your order. Your personal information will be treated in accordance with the Austrian Data Protection Act and will not be made available to anyone not directly involved in processing your order.
Shipment
Orders received before 2:00 p.m. local time Monday to Friday (except public holidays), are generally dispatched on the following working day.
Prices
All prices include Austrian VAT (value-added tax) of 10 or 20%, as applicable. Deliveries to business customers outside Austria are VAT-free, provided you let us know your VAT registration number.
We reserve the right to change prices. Errors in printed publications and on the website excepted.
Shipping costs
o Austria: EUR 4.92 (up to 2 kg)
o Germany: EUR 7.80 (up to 2 kg)
o Other countries: please enquire
All shipments are made by post (smaller packages) or parcel service (from about 2 kg). Balance shipments are made free of charge.
Complaints
Complaints must be made within seven days of receiving your goods. The actual product may differ slightly in colour from the products shown on the website. We cannot issue refunds based on to this difference in appearance.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace them with the same products. Should the goods you have purchased no longer be available, we will send you a credit note that is valid for six months. We regret that we cannot refund your payments!
Returns:
According to the Austrian Distance Selling Act and the E-Commerce Act, you have the right to return unused, unopened articles in their original packaging within seven days (other EU countries 14 days), provided the purchased goods are not excluded from these laws. Excluded products include goods produced to order and special orders.
If you do not accept a delivery, you will be liable for all incurred costs. The purchaser must also bear the postage cost of all return shipments.
Product & content liability:
Recourse demands in the legal sense of § 12 product liability law are excluded, unless, the recourse beneficiary proves that the mistake was caused in our sphere and with gross negligence.

Terms of payment
Austria: On initial orders, payment must be made in advance. For follow-on orders, we accept cash on delivery or payment by bank transfer within ten days from the invoice date. For late payments, reminder fees and interest (currently 1.5 % per calendar month) will be charged. After several late payments, we reserve the right to deliver only for cash on delivery.
European monetary union: All payments must be made before shipment.
Other countries: All payments must be made before shipment.

The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full. These Conditions of Sale will be construed in accordance with Austrian law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Austrian courts.
We reserve the right not to accept orders from countries in which distance selling and e-commerce laws differ from those of Austria.
This version of the Conditions of Sale replace and invalidate all previously published Conditions.
